Short Wood and Southwick Wood, day foray. From Oundle, take the road north to Southwick. After passing Glapthorn village, park in the lay-by at TL024913 on the left at the top of the hill, 150 m before the water tower. Bring a picnic lunch if staying for the afternoon.
